Diverse personality types add great value to a team, but also bring complex challenges. Differences in the way that people think, learn, plan, communicate, and make decisions can lead to conflict, disengagement, lost productivity, missed deadlines, and project failure. Understanding how and why people think and work differently can raise your team to a new level of effectiveness and profitability.
Myers-Briggs Consultations
Our Myers-Briggs consultations guide participants through an interactive exploration of their own personality type, and those of their teammates, and show them how to work together more productively and more efficiently. Applying the principles of the Myers-Briggs personality model will help your team members understand and embrace different ways of thinking, learning, deciding, planning, and communicating. This knowledge will make your team members more productive workers, more effective communicators, and more influential leaders. LEARN MORE |

Three Mountain Learning takes its name from the classic 1950’s study in which developmental psychologist Jean Piaget explored the ability of young children to imagine how a landscape would look from another person’s perspective. We believe that the foundation of a healthy intellect, at any age, is an understanding and acceptance of the fact that different people see and experience the world differently. Through our work, we encourage clients to seek out, understand, and embrace ideas and perspectives that are different from their own.
